The Healthy Homes Inspection Process

Upon acceptance of our quotation to inspect your property, we will organise with yourself or the tenant to access to the property to complete the inspection. The inspection will take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete and we will require access to all rooms of the property and full access around the outside of the property. If tenants are not able to be home during the inspection time, a key to the property must be provided.

We will provide notice in advance of the inspection to the tenants either by phone or via text message.

At the completion of the inspection, we will provide you with a full 20- page statement, heating report and a compliance certificate for any categories that pass the standards.

We have been inspecting rental properties for the past 5 years and have the experience and skill set needed to provide support for the new Healthy Homes 2019 Regulations. We have completed over 10,0000 rental properties since the new regulations came into effect and are the preferred supplier for a range of rental property companies.
